Kim and I would like to take a moment to thank all of our customers and also all of our friends and families who have supported us during the creation of our business.
The end of the year is a time of looking back, and looking back on 2017 is an exercise that could certainly take some time and go in a lot of different directions. We have had a lot of challenges getting started, but have also encountered an incredible amount of good will and generosity. And lastly, we have been mainly fortunate in our lives and those of we know.
We did have some uncomfortable days before, during and after Hurricane Irma, but came through them basically unscathed. Having no power for a week was very uncomfortable as was having to stay in a motel for a few days. Losing the food in our refrigerator was inconvenient, but we were among the lucky majority who could replace it.
Please keep those in mind who were not so fortunate in Hurricanes Harvey, Irma and Maria as well as the many other misfortunes such as the Thomas fire that occurred in 2017.
We look forward to the next year with hope … and lots of glass!
Merry Christmas!
